60% of the drinking water needs met
Adliswil (ZH) – The 75-year-old Soodmatte groundwater pumping station, which supplies up to 60% of Adliswil’s drinking water supply needs, was showing age-related defects. Thanks to this renovation project, the spatial conditions have been optimised, the building fabric has been preserved, the stability of the well has been ensured and the infrastructure has been renewed.
Our tasks
HOLINGER planned and managed the renovation project, which included the following works
- Replacement of the storm water tank
- Replacement of the drinking water pipeline
- Rehabilitation of groundwater wells
- Replacement of piping, remote control, quality monitoring
- Refurbishment of external facade including insulation
- Renovation of roof structure
- Renovation of building interior including new staircase
