Interconnecting wastewater plants for decentral operation
With the integration of the largest wastewater treatment plant, the standardised, integrated PCS7 process control system for SIDERO (Syndicat Intercommunal de Dépollution des Eaux résiduaires de l'Ouest) is now operational. Managers can log in from anywhere, using a tablet and connect to the process control interface via a web client that allows them to monitor and operate the plant. HOLINGER developed the hardware and software architecture together with the customer and is supporting the project during implementation. A further 36 systems will be integrated in a follow-up order.
