A new urban district for Zug

The "Lorzenallmend" area is currently used partly for commercial and partly for agricultural purposes. Now there are plans to turn it into an urban district that will give Zug a new high-density residential and commercial quarter with space for around 2000 residents and 3000 employees.
A neighbourhood plan is in place and the partial revision of the zone plan is underway. Due to the large number of parking spaces, the project is subject to an environmental impact assessment. HOLINGER is responsible for the required Environmental Impact Report.

Our tasks

HOLINGER has prepared the required Environmental Impact Assessment and is investigating the impact on air quality, soil, natural resources and water.
For each environmental area, we have defined measures to ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
